Curiosity for every child
We approach each child with curiosity rather than judgment, seeking to understand what their behavior, emotions, and experiences may be communicating.
OUR PURPOSE
At Embodied Connection Counseling, we believe meaningful growth begins with connection. We look beyond symptoms to understand the whole child: their relationships, experiences, development, and the communities that shape their world.
Our work supports children while also strengthening the people and relationships surrounding them. Through thoughtful, relationship-centered care, we help families build greater understanding, resilience, and connection.
We approach each child with curiosity rather than judgment, seeking to understand what their behavior, emotions, and experiences may be communicating.
Parents and caregivers deserve support, too. We work collaboratively with families to create greater confidence, understanding, and connection at home.
Challenges do not define a family. With the right support, children and caregivers can develop new patterns, strengthen relationships, and move forward together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Starting therapy can come with a lot of questions. Here are a few things families often want to know before reaching out.
You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. An initial conversation can help you share what has been happening, ask questions, and determine whether our approach may be a good fit for your child or family.
We will begin by learning a little about what brings you to therapy and what kind of support you are looking for. From there, we can discuss next steps and whether one of our therapists may be a good match.
Because children develop within relationships, parents and caregivers can be an important part of the therapeutic process. The level of involvement will depend on your child's needs, age, and treatment goals.
