Our Services / Adolescent Therapy
A space for teens to feel heard and understood
Adolescence can bring changing relationships, new pressures, and big feelings. Therapy offers a supportive space for teens to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and develop confidence in themselves and their relationships.

The focus
What we can explore together
We begin with the teen’s experiences, strengths, and concerns, creating room for their voice in the therapeutic process.
- Anxiety, low mood, and emotional regulation
- School pressures, peer relationships, and family communication
- Coping with change and building self-understanding
What to expect
Support shaped around the adolescent
Sessions create opportunities to talk about what feels difficult and explore ways to respond. Goals are developed collaboratively, with attention to the adolescent’s interests, readiness, and everyday life.
Caregiver involvement is discussed together, including expectations around privacy and communication. The aim is to support the teen while strengthening the relationships and resources around them.
A space to connect
Therapy begins with connection
A trusting relationship gives teens room to ask questions, express themselves, and practice new ways to navigate challenges.
